Open Alori and tap on any date to log your period. Tap the date when your period started, select "Period started" and choose your flow intensity. You can also log the end date when your period stops. Alori will automatically calculate your cycle length and predict future periods.
No! Alori works entirely without an account. Your data is stored locally on your device, which means you can start using the app immediately without signing up or providing any personal information.
Predictions improve as you log more data. Alori uses a rolling average of your last 6 cycles to predict future periods. Each prediction includes a confidence score so you know how reliable it is. The more consistently you track, the more accurate predictions become.
Yes! Alori supports importing data from CSV files, Clue, Flo, Apple Health, and Luna JSON exports. Go to Settings → Data → Import to get started. We support batches of 10,000+ entries with automatic duplicate detection.
Long-press on your iPhone home screen, tap the "+" button in the top left, search for "Alori," and choose your preferred widget size (small, medium, or large). Widgets update automatically at midnight and show your current cycle day and phase.
